Peter is a behavioral strategist who has developed the ground breaking NeuroPower framework – a system explaining human behavior through the integration of neuroscience, psychology and best practice management theory. Peter is the author of numerous books, Executive Chairman of the NeuroPower Group and a Partner of a number of consulting firms that specialize in applying the latest insights from neuroscience to leadership, team and cultural development, behavioral economics, customer research, advertising and marketing and strategic planning.

In Australia, Peter’s clients have included large blue chip organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Westpac, AMP, Suncorp, Rio Tinto and BHP Billiton and a broad range of government, educational and community organizations. His international clients have included Emirates Airlines (UAE), Vistage (USA); Accor, Michelin and Nestle (Thailand) and Rockwell Collins (Singapore). John Chang serves as the first vice president of Research Services for Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services Inc. Mr. Chang is responsible for the production of the firm’s vast array of commercial real estate research publications, tools and services. Last year Marcus & Millichap Research Services authored over 900 reports, briefs and studies covering 10 different commercial real estate property types and developed more than 250 presentations that were delivered at a wide range of events. Mr. Chang regularly speaks at conferences, corporate events, webcasts and client engagements, sharing his insights into major economic trends and how they will influence the performance of commercial real estate investments. Marcus & Millichap reports and analyses are frequently quoted in major publications and media outlets such as the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg News and the Los Angeles Times. In addition to being an active participant in several commercial real estate organizations, Mr. Chang serves as a member of the NMHC Research Foundation Advisory Board. He initially joined Marcus & Millichap in April 1997 as a research manager in the firm’s Seattle office, then advanced to division research manager in April 1999. After holding executive marketing and e-business positions with leading residential real estate firms in the Northwest, Mr. Chang rejoined Marcus & Millichap in November 2007 as the head of its research division. He was elected to vice president in May 2010 and promoted to first vice president in May 2013.
